This is one example of how we can "midify" a steel drum. A tenor lead pan is either mounted on an
open chassis with 3 wheels, or installed within a stylish cabinet such as bamboo thatch. 3 casters allow placement on fairly uneven surfaces such as park asphalt. The casters allow
for quick mobility. It is ready to be plugged into the signal output of a MIDI decoding unit and each MIDI note is appropriately
numbered for quick relocation.
The sound of the steel drum needs no introduction. The appeal is music. The amazement is mechanical music. General MIDI. Price for this lead "pan" ready to go is $5,950. The picture shows the pan painted but all our drums are chrome plated unless otherwise requested. The return on your
investment will be priceless! Sequencer and processor extra
